Cutting-edge Implementation of Precision Medicine in Europe, 22-23 September
Genomic Medicine Sweden (GMS) and Centers for Personalized Medicine (ZPM) in Germany organize a two-day international symposium, focusing on how precision medicine will change and improve diagnostics, treatment and prevention, as well as the potential for research and innovation that precision medicine will lead to.
The meeting will cover precision medicine in cancer, rare diseases and complex diseases. A particular focus will also be on how precision medicine has been implemented in countries throughout Europe regarding ethical, legal and technical aspects. These aspects will be exemplified by several major precision medicine initiatives in Europe.
