Helpdesk IT

Region Stockholm's IT

Region Stockholm handles support tickets for Region Stockholm's IT depart­ment, including Region Stockholm computers (laptops, desktops, all-in-ones), Region Stockholms printers (MFP and document print­ers by Sharp) and landline telephones. Phone: 08-123 777 77.

Karolinska Institutet’s IT department, KI ITA

The department handles support tickets for equip­ment purchased via KI ITA, including computers and printers (at BioClinicum, this means Ricoh brand printers).

Center for Molecular Medicine’s IT department, CMM IT

CMM IT handles support tickets for equipment managed by CMM IT. Contact the helpdesk at helpdesk@cmm.ki.se or on 08-7127222

Servicecenter, FM services

Servicecenter handles orders and fault reports for badge, eService card, conference services and the shuttle bus. You can contact the Servicecenter through Navet or on 08-123 81 000.

Printers

Fault report

BioClinicum has media rooms next to the adminis­trative areas. The media rooms are equipped with SLL/KI printers. To report a fault, you should either contact SLL IT on 08-123 777 77 or KI ITA on 08-123 822 22, depending on the type of printer.

KI printers

There are about 22 Ricoh printers located primarily in the media rooms on floors 5-10 at BioClinicum. These printers are connected to the Karolinska Institutet network and can only be accessed from KI computers. One printer per floor has fax functional­ity. Printouts can be made using your eService card and the department in question will be charged for the number of printouts made. As a user, you can use a so-called “pull print” solution, whereby the document is sent to a shared printout queue. You can then collect the printout from any KI printer in the building with the help of your eService card.

Regions Stockholm printers (Sharp)

You will need your eService card to print out on SLL printers. All SLL printers are linked to the new “Safe printout” printout system, which means that the user sends the document to a shared printout queue. You can then collect the printout from any SLL printer that is linked to the building with the help of your eService card. If you have not collected your docu­ment needed for print out it will be deleted after a certain time.

Servers

Servers are not permitted in BioClinicum.

Telephones

BioClinicum departments can order landline phones from the Karolinska University Hospital’s IT department.
