Companies are invited to develop home monitoring in specialized care
Companies are invited to an open hearing on June 28th regarding joint innovation. The regional project "Home Hospital Care" is searching for partners to explore the concept of remote monitoring in specialized care in four pilots; arrhythmia, heart failure, COPD and endocarditis.
We are going to improve working methods, explore the patient possibilities to actively contribute and test different technical solutions.
The Vinnova funded project Home Hospital Care (Hemsjukhusvård) is searching for partners, where the concept of remote monitoring in specialized and highly specialized care will be developed. The aim is to enable patients with chronic diseases to stay at home to a greater degree than today, feeling safe.
