The Department of Respiratory Medicine and Allergy at Huddinge University Hospital and Karolinska Hospital have been merged into a single clinic at Karolinska University Hospital with operations in Huddinge and Solna.
We will continue to offer highly specialized services in respiratory medicine and allergology at our offices and on our wards. Extensive research is conducted by the department, including both general and clinically oriented research. In addition to general training for medical students, we offer continuing education for future specialists. We also arrange continuing education courses at the college level for nurses. We cooperate with a number of departments and institutions at Karolinska University Hospital and the Karolinska Institute.
