Lena Freijd has a background from social studies and has for several years worked with personel strategic issues and development of Human Resources areas both within the private and public sector of medical healthcare. In 1990 Lena came to Huddinge University Hospital as director of the employment section. Between the years of 1994-1996 she was head of personel and director of personel in 1996-1998. She has also worked as a personel director at the swedish Red Cross between the years of 1998-2000, and as Human Resource director at Capio S:t Görans hospital between 2000-2007. Gunnar Gustafsson Wiss is an economist and has worked as an executive director at the Swedish National Defence College, as chief financial officer at Löwenströmska Hospital and as purchasing and chief of logistics at The County Council of Jämtland.
